  When I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the
  -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now
  whenever a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment.
  Perhaps there is a means you are able to remove me from that service?

  First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which
  I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and
  clear your head prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my
  mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems
